EASYJET SAYS IT'S VIVA ESPAÑA
Results of a survey carried out by leading low-cost airline easyJet
show that as far as sun-loving Brits are concerned it’s still Viva
España.
The survey showed that two of the top five resorts favoured by British tourists this summer are Spanish, with Málaga in first place, followed by Alicante. Other destinations include Nice, Palma and Faro.
The figures show that 1.5 million people have visited Málaga and a further 1.1 million have come to the Costa Blanca.
With regard to city breaks, easyJet says Barcelona and Madrid feature in the top five destinations.
